Neurodivergent individuals have many unique skills and out-of-the-box ways of thinking that can help businesses thrive, but training and company protocols are often crafted by neurotypical folks with little wiggle room or patience for those that learn and communicate in different ways.  Beyond the Rainbow can serve as a bridge to help equip a person to prepare for, secure, and be successful in their choice of workplace and, if the business is receptive, also help their employer gain an understanding of their employee so that the relationship can be symbiotic. Beyond the Rainbow can address: *vocational exploration (identifying interests, skills, and goals) *how to search for jobs *resume writing and cover letters *interview skills *appropriate workplace behaviors and habits *sensory sensitivities *skills training in a supportive environment  *job coaching (support and guidance in the workplace) *job retention (addressing work-related challenges)
