Propelling potential through science-based methods steered by perception and creativity to empower individuals with autism to develop essential life skills and lead fulfilling, autonomous lives.
To provide quality individualized ABA in rural communities through a seasoned group of purpose-driven therapists whom all uphold a culture of support, growth, and creativity.
Decision-making steered by compliance to ethics codes is not enough. If there is a lack of personal integrity guiding an individual, it will bleed through with how they behave and what they do. We endeavor to be a group of individuals modeling, nurturing, and demonstrating personal integrity on a daily basis.
Just as we encourage, embrace, and value autonomy amongst our clients, we will demonstrate this towards employees as well. We stand behind the belief that race, ethnicity, and forms of non-offensive self-expression hold no relevance to a person’s skills. We vitalize the creativity and innovative ideas that bloom from an environment that accepts and nurtures unique, diverse, passionate individuals.
We will uphold ourselves to effective communication that keeps both clients and staff “in the know.” Knowledge is power, and we dedicate ourselves to never intentionally withholding it or using it to manipulate a situation. We welcome, “Why?,” and if we don’t have an answer, we pledge to reveal that and investigate until we do!
We vow to never be driven by cronyism, but instead employ and promote based on skills, ensuring all staff have been dynamically trained. Any upper management position holding influence over clinical decisions will be held by an individual knowledgeable on autism that has worked as an ABA therapist before to ensure competency in their decision-making.
Upper management is committed to not only learning from mistakes, but owning up to them. When expecting integrity from staff, we believe it’s critical to first take responsibility for authentically modeling the behaviors we seek ourselves.
